On June 11, 2007, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the the Netherlands, Maxime Verhagen, visited Egypt on a regional tour during which he also visited the Palestinian Territories and Israel. While in Egypt, he had teh honour to hold a speech at the Al Ahram Institute.
