The Netherlands supports Egypt in the establishment of a Public Finance Training Institute

On June 11, 2008 the Minister of Finance of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Dr. Youssef Boutros Ghali, and the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Mr. Tjeerd de Zwaan, signed an agreement to support Egypt with a grant of Euro 1,4 million for the establishment of a Public Finance Training Institute. The Public Finance Training Institute will provide training for the employees working at the Ministry of Finance and at the authorities under the responsibility of the Minister of Finance. The main objective is to contribute to the management of public finances.
